The Salmon / Trout EST contig browser is an INRA project aimed to produce and maintain an automatic annotation of Salmon / Trout EST libraries.

Currently, this is a preliminary portal for the annotation of Salmon / Trout Agena ESTs . Please refer to the Agenae Project's Webpage for more details on the Salmon / Trout Agena ESTs Project.

Annotation
