The Sheep EST contig browser is an
INRA project
aimed to produce
and maintain an automatic annotation of Sheep EST libraries.
Currently, this is a preliminary portal for the annotation of Sheep Agena ESTs
. Please refer to the
Agenae Project's Webpage for more details on the Sheep Agena ESTs
Project.
Annotation
