The Chicken EST contig browser is an INRA project aimed to produce and maintain an automatic annotation of Chicken EST libraries.

Currently, this is a preliminary portal for the annotation of Chicken Agenae ESTs. Please refer to the Agenae Project's Webpage for more details on the Chicken Agenae ESTs Project.
