The Chicken EST contig browser is an
INRA project
aimed to produce
and maintain an automatic annotation of Chicken EST libraries.
Currently, this is a preliminary portal for the annotation of Chicken Agena ESTs
. Please refer to the

Project.

Contigs were annotated searching sequence homologies against following databases:

- UniGene Human
- Ensembl Chicken Transcripts WASHUC 2
- Ensembl Human Transcripts NCBI 36
