Assembly

The Cattle EST contig browser is an INRA project aimed to produce and maintain an automatic annotation of Cattle EST libraries.

Currently, this is a preliminary portal for the annotation of Cattle Agena ESTs . Please refer to the Agenae Project's Webpage for more details on the Cattle Agena ESTs Project.
